FROM DUMAGUETE CITY

Step 1: Go to Dumaguete City Public Market or National Highway (near Ceres Terminal)
Look for jeepneys or multicabs bound for Sibulan
Signboard to look for: “Sibulan,” “San Jose,” or “Tandayag”
Jeepneys pass frequently between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM
