FROM DUMAGUETE CITY

Step 1: From Dumaguete City to Valencia Town Proper
Go to Dumaguete Public Market or Freedom Park (Rizal Blvd. area)
Ride a jeepney or multicab bound for Valencia
Look for signs “Valencia” or ask locals

The most popular access point to Mt. Talinis is the Apolong Trail, located in Sitio Apolong, Valencia.

🔹 Keep a face mask with you if you’re uncomfortable with the smell of sulfur. There is a sulfur zone on the trail.
